You could put one of those strips on the bridge of your nose. It should keep you from snoring, and keep your airway clear. You should still see a doctor if you have not already.
Lose weight, avoid alcohol, and quit smoking.
Sleeping in a recliner with your upper body elevated helps too.
Maybe you could find a used CPAP or BPAP machine on e-bay or craigslist but you need a prescription so probably not.
Don’t sleep on your back. I believe sleeping on your side is best.
Hey Lep! Like Shades said, sleep on your side. lovee also had a good suggestion with the Breathe Right strips that go across your nose. My bf can snore like nobodies business. He has a severely deviated septum. I got him the strips which help a lot, and he struggles a lot less when I ask him to turn on his side during the night. If you must sleep on your back, a cervical pillow like this would help you.
